Secret Garden is Gesproin's largest project in Bávaro: a 50,000 m² gated resort in Los Corales, 450 metres from the beach, with 361 units including hotel suites, one- to three-bedroom condos and duplex villas with pools. It runs as Cassia Punta Cana, Banyan Group's serviced-residence brand.

At its heart is a 1,800 m² pool with a pool bar, palapas and children's pool, surrounded by a restaurant, gym, co-working, spa, beach volleyball, mini golf, retail and gardens. Gesproin has also signed with the Huracán Café beach club for an exclusive area and owner discounts, with a shuttle.

Twelve 46 m² hotel suites with a terrace and plunge pool remain, which take part in a rental pool, and 21 condos —most of them furnished— with one and two bedrooms, plus a penthouse. All come with oven, stove, hood and air conditioning.
