The Seed is a residential complex of 490 apartments in 12 five-storey buildings, in a newly developed area next to Downtown Punta Cana with direct access from the Boulevard Turístico del Este. It is 2 minutes from Downtown and San Juan Shopping Center, 8 from Cabeza de Toro beach and 10 from the international airport.
To gain privacy the density was reduced and more than 85% of the land is communal: some 35,000 m² of tropical gardens with two landmark buildings. The Seed Pavilion holds a chill-out area, gym and spa, and The Cenote, inspired by the island's natural sinkholes, houses an indoor pool, restaurant, pool bar and a rooftop yoga area, facing The Beach, a large pool surrounded by white sand.
